Hello and welcome to my portfolio page!
I am an artist and illustrator who enjoys experimenting with various media, with a particular passion for water-soluble mediums like watercolours and ink. These materials can be challenging to master due to their often unpredictable nature, but it’s precisely this challenge that draws me in. The fluidity of watercolours allows me to create atmospheric paintings while leaving just enough room for the viewer’s imagination to take over.
My passion is nature and animals in particular.  It began in childhood, growing up in an urban area with limited access to wildlife, I turned to drawing as a way to admire and connect with the natural world and enjoy capturing their beauty and personality. Animals offer a wide range of forms, textures, and colours, providing endless inspiration and variety for me.
Over the years, I have attended various art classes and workshops, constantly striving to refine my skills and techniques. I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. In 2021, as a mature student, I completed a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Central Saint Martins (UAL) with a focus on Illustration. I then pursued a BA in Graphic Design Communication at Chelsea College of Arts (UAL), graduating in the summer of 2024.
Originally from Eastern Europe, I now live in Essex with my family and our cat. I am inspired by the beauty of the English countryside and its wildlife. Whenever possible, I enjoy plein air painting sessions with my portable pochade box, capturing the landscapes around me.
