Hello and welcome to my portfolio!
I’m an artist and illustrator with a love for experimenting across various media, especially water-soluble materials like watercolours and ink. Their fluid and often unpredictable nature can be challenging, but that’s exactly what draws me in. I enjoy how watercolour invites spontaneity and atmosphere, leaving just enough room for the viewer’s imagination to complete the story.
Nature—particularly animals—is at the heart of my work. Growing up in an urban environment with little access to wildlife, drawing became my way of connecting with the natural world. Animals continue to inspire me with their diversity of forms, textures, and colours, offering endless creative possibilities.
Over the years, I’ve taken part in numerous art classes and workshops, always striving to refine my techniques. I believe in lifelong learning. I completed a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Central Saint Martins (UAL), focusing on Illustration. This led to a BA graduation in the Graphic Design Communication course at Chelsea College of Arts (UAL).
Originally from Eastern Europe, I’m now based in Essex with my family and our cat. I draw inspiration from the English countryside and its wildlife, and whenever I can, I enjoy plein air painting with my portable pochade box, capturing the scenes around me.
